Our products are made of glass. Although it may be interesting to look at, always keep in mind that glass is fragile and dangerous in itself. Though we add a lot of love and care to our products to help avoid breakage, we cannot and will not be held responsible, nor can we offer refunds for, damages to yourself, other people, or your belongings as a result of how you handle the glass we send you. The materials we use in our products are either: semi-precious, delicate, or tarnishable. Some, but not all, need to be maintained and cleaned periodically.
